It is mandatory to leave a daytime telephone number for us to contact you during delivery hours.

BOXIE delivers free of charge within South Africa. If you reside in South Arica but would like to arrange for International delivery – you can email  us on support@boxie.co.za for additional shipping charges, delivery and order options.

DELIVERY

Product delivery will be communicated to the purchaser, but is estimated at between 10 and 15 working days.

We are able to deliver to outlying areas, however this may take longer.

Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours (no-one on premises/unable to answer calls/invalid address etc.), we will attempt a second delivery after which if the package is not delivered you will be liable for extra shipping costs associated with getting the package to you.

RETURNS

Products bought on BOXIE are eligible for return within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise.

Please note that items arriving after the 14 day return deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Any such cancellation must be done by via the BOXIE support team by emailing support@boxie.co.za.

The product(s) in question must be returned to us in their original state, including all labels. We are unable to accept returns for goods that are not in their original packaging.

Refunds will be made at the discretion of BOXIE. We aim to process all returns within one week.

In the unlikely event of the incorrect product being delivered or the product being damaged, broken or faulty, you need to notify us of the damaged / broken / faulty product within 72 hours of receipt of the goods. If possible, please email a photo image of the damage to support@boxie.co.za. Make sure to keep all the original packaging. We will then ensure that the correct / new product is delivered to you.
